Calco Trusses & Timbers are one of the oldest roof truss plants in Victoria and as such have extensive experience in both the design and construction of Roof Trusses, Wall Fframes and Posistruts.

Our experience has seen us complete some of the most complex and large scale commercial projects in the Geelong area. Dealing with Commercial projects is a highly specialised field that takes a lot of experience and understanding to be able to service correctly.

The following are a sample of the larger scale projects undertaken in recent years:

GRACE McKELLAR CENTRE IN NORTH GEELONG

$50 million refurbishment of the the Grace McKellar Aged Care facility in North Geelong. This project saw the completion of a range of new facilities including 153 nursing home beds and a Community Rehabilitation Centre.

 

CASEY AGED CARE FACILITY DANDENONG

The Casey Aged Care Redevelopment at Doveton is an initiative of Southern Health Capital Works Unit and the Department of Human Services.  It has a site area of more than 5000m2 and includes 60 bed aged care unit and 40 bed aged persons mental health.  Materials and finishes have been selected based on occupational health and safety, robustness, maintenance and appearance.
