Calco Trusses & Timbers supply Wall Frames that are individually designed to your needs and we engineer them using the latest Mitek 20/20 software to meet Australian Standards, which assures the strength and flexibility of your walls.

After involving you as little or as much as you want in the process we'll supply your Wall Frames to your exact specifications which will mean that everything will go together just as planned. We believe in going the extra step to ensure the quality of our Wall Frames and that is why we are one of only a few plants left who trench our studs into the top and bottom plates to reduce any chance of your studs twisting once installed.

To enable the quickest and easiest possible erection on site a fully detailed wall frame layout is supplied which is matched exactly to all individually labelled wall components.

Why use Prefabricated Wall Frames?

It decreases the time it takes to have your walls stood on site enabling your project to proceed at the maximum possible speed.

As your timber is supplied already constructed into wall frames this decreases any theft of timber from site as it is already built into a wall frame specific to your job.

As your Wall Frames will be constructed in ideal factory conditions. Weather will not delay the process and all components will be cut using automated saws and constructed in special framing jigs ensuring millimetre perfect Wall Frames.

Prefab Wall Frames simplify the construction process and are a must for the "Owner Builder". Walls will be designed,built and braced to exacting Australian standards.
