Calco's factories are lit by LED highbays, significantly reducing our electricity usage. And we have recently taken sustainability another step by adding solar panels to our shed roofs. We have 9000m2 of shed roofing just soaking up the sun. The panels will power our 20 acre site, running saws, production equipment, computers, lights, 4 kitchens and everything in between! Choice Energy have recently installed 362 panels on one shed and 270 panels on another, generating a combined 175 kwh of energy per day.
